Tatlarin Underground City
An underground settlement near Acıgöl with spacious rock-cut rooms and churches. The official source says only the cleared portion can be visited; recheck access and visiting conditions before going. Numerous stores and churches suggest a garrison or monastery, without establishing either interpretation. Purple, ochre and red colour the church paintings; the underground complex also includes a notable toilet arrangement.
