Sobesos Archaeological Site

A late Roman settlement near Şahinefendi with a mosaic-floored villa, bath and other excavated remains. The pin follows the official museum's directions point; check access before travelling. The villa was subsequently reused as a church and chapel. Geometric mosaics and a sandal motif in the bath reveal visual details of daily life alongside the buildings' changing functions.
