Aksaray Museum

This archaeology museum in central Aksaray introduces regional finds from the Neolithic period onward. Its official page does not clearly confirm current open or closed status; check before visiting. Museum work began at Zinciriye Medrese in 1969; the octagonal building followed in 2006. Six galleries arrange objects chronologically, from the pre-pottery Neolithic to the late nineteenth century.
